So a few weeks ago I decided that the hair had to go. I opted for a short hairstyle being that my hair has pretty much been the same style/length since high school. How sad is that? My hair has been falling out since Adrie turned 3 months old and was very frizzy and unmanagable. So I was ready for a change. My first reactions were Conan is going to leave me, I look like my mom (not a bad thing) and it just isn't me. I didn't leave the salon crying however. I figured of coarse it isn't me I don't look like I'm in high school anymore. In that way I am relieved to have a new doo. Hope you all like it. Now I just have to figure out how to fix it with all these layers. PS. Conan didn't leave, he just said, "It's okay....you can always grow it out". :)

Glad that Conan didn't leave you. His comment was very typical for a guy. It's a cute doo though. A big change, but cute. It does make you look a lot older than before. You'll grow into it! :)

Rumor has it that all moms cut their hair short after every child is born. Curtis had the same reaction when I cut mine two months ago.
Looks great! We are all going through the "long hair just doesn't work so much" phase. David felt the same way Conan does but he will get used to the change and love it just the same as the long hair.
