Labor fake outs
Okay, so I am just a little more than discouraged considering I thought my little tyke was coming 3 weeks ago. We've had more than one labor fake out and it is really getting old. I had my doctor appointment on Monday this week and was dilated to a 4. She then stretched my cervix and for the next day and a half I had the worst cramping and back pain. I thought for sure we would have her by today, but now the pain is gone and I only have occasional contractions. BOO!! The good news however is that she will be here for sure on Friday the 8th if not before. My doctor wanted to induce the labor because she really doesn't want me walking around this dilated with no progress. I think I'm in for some really hard work on Friday. Hopefully the little bugar just decides to come out after like one push. Is that possible. Anyhow, thanks to everyone for your encouraging words and prayers. Hopefully the next pregnancy, labor, and delivery is better than this one has been. I am expecting a perfect angel of a baby by the way. Wink wink!

Good Luck with everything! You will do great. Can't wait to meet your little Adrie.
That is my story to the T except I thought I was going to have the baby way earlier because of my pre-term labor stuff. I ended up being 2 cm a month before my due date and I dilated 1 cm each week. I had my membranes stripped twice and was 4 cm at my last appointment. I ended up being induced. The good thing about it is that they can give you an epidural whenever you want and all your doc has to do is break your water to get you going. I ended up going to the hospital at 8, had my water broken at 9, epidural at 9:30, fully dilated at 2, started pushing at 3, had a baby by 4. So a total of 8 hours in the labor room. Not bad at all for the first. Hopefully you can have the same story. I never even felt labor! Good luck, keep me posted!
Put this one in the record books for longest laboring at home. j/k luv you girlie and cant wait to see her, and to see you without a belly. haha
Have your baby already!!! I am glad to hear you talking about your next baby since this one isn't even out yet. I can't wait to see little Adrie
